Certified personal trainers are instructors who stand beside you at every physical challenge, encouraging you to try your hardest and keeping you on track. Through personal attention and expert advice, a trainer designs a progressive plan to help you achieve maximum results and avoid injury.

Stay Healthy is a revolutionary web-based software that can help you get the most from your work out and track your level of health and fitness. 

How does it work?
A painless, 20 second scan measures:
  • lean muscle mass
  • body fat
  • hydration level
  • basal metabolic rate (calories burned while at rest)
   
As you track your food intake along with exercise habits, you will watch your progress in your personalized online dashboard.  Available with all personal training packages of 5 sessions or more.

Jump Start Personal Training Package

There's no better way to focus on your individual fitness needs than with personal training sessions!  Take advantage of Jump Start and get three (3) one-hour sessions for only $99!  (New Clients Only)  
 

Buddy and Group Personal Training Packages 

Having trouble with motivation?  Working out with a partner(s) is one of the most tried and true ways to get in shape...and stay in shape.  Your partner(s) and personal trainer will make sure you stay motivated and get to the gym to workout.   The benefits of working out with a buddy or in a group include: 
   
  • Cost effective
  • Large variety of exercises
  • Competition between friends provides better fitness results
  • Accountability and social support     
 

Buddy Personal Training

The Buddy package lets you and one friend share the journey of getting in shape while splitting the cost.  
  • Five (5) 1-hour sessions for 2 people - $155.00 per person 
 

Group Personal Training

The Group package involves training with at least two other people using large compound exercises.  
  • Five (5) 1-hour sessions for 3 or more people - $115.00 per person
