Stay Healthy DashboardStay motivated by taking part in Johnston's Stay Healthy Fitness Challenge. The challenge is free for YMCA members and runs from February 13 - April 8. Complete four days of physical activity each week, with one of those activities being something new to you!

You'll also get a chance to utilize our new Stay Healthy Technology in your pre- and post-assessments. A 20-second scan (or quick read) measures your body's lean muscle mass, body fat, hydration level and basal metabolic rate (how many calories you're burning at rest). After the challenge, you can view your personalized results and actually measure how your body changed

During the challenge, you'll track your activities on a chart at Johnston. To receive a T-shirt, you must complete eight weeks of four days of activity. If you reduce your body fat or increase your lean muscle mass, you will be enterd to win a prize!  Prizes include discoutns to health and wellness programs, a free T-shirt and much more!
