Nutrition 101In a world of convenience foods, diet fads and confusing product messages it's easy to forget the basics of healthy eating. In this free class our wellness specialist will teach you the basic building blocks for eating smart every day. 

The class is designed to give you basic education for healthy eating. You will learn what should be on your plate and how to balance your diet. 

Participants will be able to:

  • Understand the components of the Food Guide Pyramid
  • Choose healthier food selections at restaurants
  • Learn about portion sizes
