Volunteer

The YMCA of Greater Charlotte depends on volunteers to assist Y Achievers!

Adult Achiever: Serve as a mentor for a Teen Achiever with a time commitment of 5-10 hours each month (contact can include face-to-face, phone and email with mentee)
Business Achiever: Host a Teen Achiever for a job shadowing opportunity during the school year or summer internship with a time commitment of either 1 day (shadowing) or up to 8 weeks (internship)
Achievers Cluster Leader: Help facilitate a workshop or presentation at a “Supercluster” event with a time commitment of one Saturday morning, 8am-1pm
Achievers Workshop Leader: Lead a workshop on a topic of your skill or interest during the school day with a time commitment of 2 hours
