Better Together Celebration

On the evening of March 18, 2013 our Y family gathered at the Knight Theater for the YMCA of Greater Charlotte's Better Together Celebration. Together, we witnessed demonstrations of the Y's impact in our community and recognized several individuals who help put our Y's cause into action – our volunteers. Our volunteers coach our children, coordinate events, develop programs, raise funds and share the Y's story.

We honored:

- H. Thomas Webb, III, 2013 John R. Mott Award
- 2013 George Williams Awards for each YMCA branch and camp
- Edna Norwood, 2013 Willie J. Stratford, Sr. Diversity Award
