The Ballantyne Village YMCA offers a variety of services to enhance spirit, mind and body. This innovative Y offers new and cutting-edge programs which include:

 

Upcoming Program:
Interval Running Training (ages 18+), March 11th - May 13th
Prepare for the Morrison 5K/10K race in May with this 10-week interval running training program.  Whether you are new to running or looking to beat your best race time, this training program is for you. This training program will meet on Thursdays, 5:30 PM-6:30PM.  Cost is $30/facility members and $40/program members.
