Getting serious about your diet could be the missing piece of the puzzle. A one-on-one session of nutritional counseling can provide important information to help you accomplish your goals. All ages welcome, but children must be accompanied by a parent.

Grocery Store Tours (18+ years)
Take a tour of a local grocery store with our Registered Dietitian. You will learn how to read food labels and get ideas for healthy meals. The tours will take place the 4th Tuesday of each month. FREE to members!Sign up at the membership desk.
