Pilates Reformer/Yoga

The Pilates Reformer is equipment that will help you experience a more authentic, quality and progressive experience to enhance your core connection in a way that is difficult to do on the mat alone. The equipment allows you to shape, tone, lengthen, and align quite differently than the mat. The equipment also works better and faster to transform the body. Additional advanced core work is available on equipment for the more accomplished practitioner. Best of all, working on this equipment is alot of fun!

Specifics:
- Trainers will assess your alignment and posture to design a workout specifically for you
- Equipment available is the Allegro Pilates Reformer, balance disks, MVe chair, foam rollers, small pilates balls, stability balls and magic circles. Trainers will also use pilates mat exercises when needed
- Packages expire 6 months after purchase
- Payment must be received prior to training sessions beginning
| Cancellations: For individual sessions, member must give a 24 hour notice of cancellation before training session. For group sessions, member must give a 48 hour notice of cancellation before training session. (Without proper cancellation notice, member may be charged for session.)
