Motivation and accountability are at the core of personal training. Certified trainers are instructors who stand beside you at every physical challenge, encouraging you to try your hardest and keeping you on track. Through personal attention and expert advice, a trainer designs a progressive plan to help you achieve maximum results and avoid injury. Individual and group training sessions are available!
All YMCA personal training packages begin with a free consultation that includes an assessment to determine your conditions and limitations. Each program is tailored to the individual, focusing on your unique personal goals.

All Ballantyne Village/Morrison Family YMCA Personal Trainers hold Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certifications.

Trainers will be assigned to clients based on client preference, availability, and specialty area needed by client.
All Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.
Personal Training Client Paperwork
Please turn in all New Personal Training Client paperwork prior to first training session to allow the trainer time to review your personal history. Completed paperwork can be scanned/emailed to
morrisonpt@ymcacharlotte.org
, faxed or submitted to the front desk. Any paperwork dropped off to Member Services should be in a sealed envelope with the trainer's name on the outside.
Stay Healthy Total Health Technology
Stay Healthy is a revolutionary web-based software that can help you get the most from your workout and track your level of health and fitness.
Cancellations:
For individual sessions, member must give a 24 hour notice of cancellation before training session.
For group sessions, member must give a 48 hour notice of cancellation before training session.
(Without proper cancellation notice, member will be charged for session.)
In order to register for this program, please stop by the Member Services Desk anytime the
YMCA is open and speak with a Member Services Representative.
