Find a SessionFUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Combine the elements of strength, power, balance, accuracy and endurance.

A functional style workout utilizes interval or circuit training to produce a high intensity workout experience. We incorporate equipment like battle ropes, kettlebells, plyometric boxes, our jungle gym featuring 24-feet of monkey bars, weighted ball targets and dip stations to increase calorie expenditure and build muscles.

A functional training workout easily burns 500 calories for a 30 minute workout.  It also increases your metabolic rate from between 10% to 25% for up to 48 hours.  Some studies show a increase in the metabolic rate for up to 72 hours.

Whether your goal is losing weight or building muscle, you will see results quick with functional metabolic training. Classes allow participants to work to their individual potential.

ROWING SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Description: gives equal attention to cardio and strength-training with dynamic sculpting exercises, designed to build lean muscle. This heart-pumping, sweat-drenched, total-body burn is as fun as it is effective.

SWIM WODs
This program combines strength training and aerobic swimming. Benefit from the low impact and added resistance in the water offers and take your workout to the next level.
