Functional Training
Find a SessionFUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Combine the elements of strength, power, balance, accuracy and endurance.

A functional style workout utilizes interval or circuit training to produce a high intensity workout experience. We incorporate equipment like battle ropes, kettlebells and plyometric boxes to increase calorie expenditure and build muscles.

A functional training workout easily burns 500 calories for a 30 minute workout.  It also increases your metabolic rate from between 10% to 25% for up to 48 hours.  Some studies show a increase in the metabolic rate for up to 72 hours.

Whether your goal is losing weight or building muscle, you will see results quick with functional metabolic training. Classes allow participants to work to their individual potential.

SWIM WODs
Join our Swim Workout of the Day (WOD) training group! Each 45-minute session will combine strength training and aerobic swimming. Benefit from the low impact and added resistance the water offers to take your workout to the next level!
