CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a training program structured around ten components of fitness: strength, stamina, endurance, accuracy, power, agility, balance, speed, coordination and flexibility applied to challenging Workouts of the Day (WODs).

All WODs can be modified and are appropriate for all fitness levels. The CrossFit training program is distinctive in its focus on maximizing an individual’s fitness level by cross-training multiple functional movements at high intensity. When done with proper form and at high intensity, these functional movements build strength, develop power, and improve cardiovascular function. 
 
You will constantly challenge your body and avoid plateauing with this flexible, ever-changing program.

SESSIONS
60 minutes. Limited to 14 participants.

For Members Only
Single Class: $18
Unlimited: $90 per month
Couples Unlimited: $150
Flex Plan: 10 sessions for $110 (90 day expiration date)

PRIVATE SESSIONS
Extra Work With The Coach
Do you have a skill, a lift or a movement you want to work on more? We program the one-hour session specifically for your goals. We offer personal attention, practice drills, video analysis and a WOD.
