KETTLEBELLS

Challenge your body and build strength.

Kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance in the lower back, legs and shoulders. The basic movements of swing, snatch plus clean and jerk engage the entire body. This mimics real world activities such as shoveling or farm work. Registration not required; first come first served.
