Triathlon Training

       SPRINT to HALF-IRONMAN DISTANCE
16+ years

Dream of putting your endurance to the test in a triathlon or just want to hone your skills for the upcoming race season? Meet other enthusiasts in a group training session with seasoned instructors who will show you how to prepare, train and reach your goal without injury. Open to first-time triathletes and seasoned competitors.

 Spring Session:
 Dates: MAR 31 – MAY 24 
 Cost: $150/Member | $195/Non-Member 
 Coach: Vicki Yeingst (USAT Level II certified coach, Personal Trainer, NASM-CPT)

You will get a periodized training schedule that will prepare you for race day and give you a training plan for the days we do not meet. Not only will we offer underwater swim analysis, but also clinics for bike maintenance as well as bike fitting, shoe fitting, gait analysis, strength and core training, injury prevention and nutrition.  Ramblin' Rose Triathlon Training:
 Dates: MAR 10 - MAY 30
 Cost: $225/Member | $275/Non-Member

This Women's Only program includes 3-4 weekly group coached sessions by two USAT certified coaches. Learn the proper fundamentals, receive nutritional clinics, fitness assessments, a training schedule to follow, functional/strength training and coached feedback along the way. Additional clinics include: Tire changing, Transitions, Bricks, Cadence, Gear changing, Group rides and more. All ages and abilities welcomed, but this program is geared more for beginners. 

 Training Schedule: All sessions between 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM
 Tuesday – Functional Training and Group Run at 11:00 AM
 Wednesday – Group Swim at 11:00 AM
 Thursday – Functional Training and Group Ride
