Pilates Reformer

Developed by legendary physical trainer Joseph Pilates, the method is a full body exercise system that emphasizes body alignment and correct breathing. The primary mechanism used in Pilates is the reformer, a bed-like platform with a carriage that slides along tracks. There are many benefits of the pilates method. Our Pilates trainers are here to aid you in developing your strength and flexibility! Both private and partner sessions are available.

Pilates Reformer Training Packages:
Each session meets for 55 minutes.  Held one-on-one with your trainer or choose to train simultaneously with another participant.

Payment and Registration

  • Contact Joe Moore to discuss the program and set up your initial appointment.
  • Arrive at your initial appointment approx. 10 minutes early to purchase your session(s) and complete any necessary paperwork.
  • Please bring your receipt to your first session. Your instructor will need this as proof of payment.
  • Following your initial appointment, scheduling will be done one-on-one with your instructor for your ease.
