FUN, FAMILY & FIREWORKS
Celebrate with fun, family and fireworks at the largest Independence Day celebration in the Lake Norman area - the Lowe's YMCA July 3 Summer Celebration! We invite the entire community to join us for family fun, kids games, inflatables, live music and entertainment, vendors and, of course, fireworks presented by Valspar Paint. 

IGNITE BRIGHTER POSSIBILITIES
The July 3 Summer Celebration is more than just a fireworks show, it is an event that helps the Y impact the Mooresville community. Proceeds from this event help the Y build a healthier community, improve children's literacy skills in Y Readers, and provide cancer survivors with free wellness classes through LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA. All proceeds directly impact the local community through the Lowe's YMCA Community Support Campaign.

RESERVED PARKING
The Lowe's YMCA parking lot will close to the public on July 3 at 12:00 PM. However, the Y is offering reserved parking for $50 per car. Those who purchase a parking pass will have reserved parking in the Lowe's YMCA lot and can arrive at any time to access their parking spots. However, cars will not be able to re-enter the parking lot after exiting. To purchase a pass, contact Bart Cape at bart.cape@ymcacharlotte.org.

IMPORTANT POLICIES
  • Tents are encouraged, but must be lowered prior to the fireworks show.
  • At the request of local officials, pets will not be permitted on the grounds during this event.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of inclement weather, the event will not be rescheduled.
