Serving families has always been at the heart of the Y. We are a place where they can find respite from social, economic and educational challenges, and learn how to overcome them. We have a fundamental desire to provide opportunities for every family to build stronger bonds, achieve greater work/life balance, and become more engaged with their communities.

Healthy Kids Day™

Please join the McCrorey Family YMCA for family fun at our annual Healthy Kids Day! We will have physical fitness activities on the black top, interactive games, important health information and the Charlotte Police Department will be on hand to fingerprint kids.

YMCA Healthy Kids® Day encourages families to “Put Play in Their Day” during a free, fun-filled day that includes interactive games, engaging and creative family activities, and health give-aways to encourage children and families to adopt behaviors that support a healthier lifestyle.
