This program focuses on increasing aerobic capacity and endurance, muscular strength, and power. This program develops strength and conditioning through unique functional exercises, rowing, running, Olympic lifts, body weight, and gymnastic movement while paying special attention to correct form and movement. All exercises can be modified and is appropriate for all fitness levels.

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program for participants 18 and older. It is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains including:
Cardiovascular endurance
Respiratory endurance
Stamina
Strength
Flexibility
Power
Speed
Coordination
Agility
Balance
Accuracy
The program is distinctive in its focus on maximizing neuroendocrine response, developing power, cross-training with multiple training modalities, and constant training and practice with functional movements.

May CrossFit Schedule
- Don't forget, members can go in and practice their skills or do the WOD with a CrossFit trainer present. CrossFit trainers will also be available for fundamentals training during this time, no reservation required! (Flex Plan members may workout during open gym times, but it will count against their 10-session package)

*2 fundamentals classes are included in this option
Drop-In Rate
: $18/class, participant must have held a previous Flex Plan, Unlimited
pass or visiting from another CrossFit location.
