Illness Policy: YMCA Child Care Programs are for well children. Children with the following symptoms may not use the Y until they are symptom-free for 24 hours:
Holidays: Parents' Night Out will be closed if they land on any major holidays such as Christmas, Christmas Eve or New Years.
Short-term, drop-in child care centers are not licensed or regulated by the State Department of Child Development. All YMCA of Greater Charlotte child care programs adhere to YMCA quality standards.
Children may not participate in the following programs or a combination of the following programs for more than four hours in a 24-hour period in a Charlotte YMCA or a combination of Charlotte YMCAs:

Cancellations: A 100% refund will be issued if the program cancellation request is made in writing prior to the day before class begins. If the program cancellation request is made on the day of the first class or following, no refund will be issued.
