FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Combine the elements of strength, power, balance, accuracy and endurance.

You're not a machine, so you don't have to train on one. The Y brings you the best and latest functional fitness program that builds routines around natural daily movements such as walking, bending, lifting & climbing stairs - without pain, injuries or discomfort.

This class includes high intensity total body workouts using bodyweight movements, suspension training, powerlifts and Olympic lifts using non conventional workout equipment to challenge your body. Beginner and advanced fitness levels welcome!

Classes include body composition tracking and one-on-one communication with your coach.
