WOMEN ON WEIGHTS
According to the National Center for Health Statistics, a mere 21 percent of women strength train two or more times a week. What you don't know is that when you skip the weight room, you lose out on the ultimate fat fighter. Two sessions a week for six weeks can reduce your overall body fat by about 3 percent. Even better, all the new muscle you acquire boosts your metabolism, helping your body stay lean and sculpted.

This program establishes a foundation of strength and builds endurance.
