YOUTH FITNESS

 
Youth Orientation
10-15 years
Participants learn why and how to exercise effectively using cardio, strength training and core workouts. They also learn fitness center etiquette, safety and which group exercise classes are appropriate for them. Upon completion of this 2-hour course, participants may use the Fitness Center facilities and equipment with an adult 16 years or older who is within arm's reach. 

Youth Guidelines
12 -15 years
Upon completion of a Youth Fitness Orientation, those 12-15 years may participant designated group exercise classes without an adult. Must meet minimum height requirements for cycle classes.

Sports Training
We offer individual or small group training that teaches the skills needed to perform at an above average level both mentally and physically in sports. This training prepares players to showcase their talents in league play, AAU plus middle and high school tryouts. Sessions focus on an individual athlete or a small group (2-4) of teammates looking to improve together.
 
Available for football, basketball and baseball.
