MORE ATHLETIC TRAINING


COUCH TO 5K
A beginner's running schedule that helps many new runners get off the couch and onto the roads, running 3 miles in just two months. This is your year to get up and get moving! 

OBSTACLE RACE TRAINING
Nearly all obstacle course races involve running, walking, crawling, climbing, jumping, lifting, pulling, and balancing your way towards the finish line. In order to meet these demands, you need your training to finish your obstacle race.

SELF DEFENSE
This class teaches an overview of self defense skills and techniques. You learn how to get out of basic holds, strike someone safely and how to communicate effectively in an emergency situation. Students go through several empowerment drills. Class culminates with board breaking.
