Stay Healthy, a revolutionary web-based software, helps you get the most from your work out and track your level of health and fitness. A 20-second scan measures your body's lean muscle mass, body fat, hydration level and basal metabolic rate (how many calories you're burning at rest). As you track your food intake along with exercise habits, you can watch your progress on your personalized online dashboard. 

Stay Healthy is included with all personal training packages of 5 sessions or more.
