A member can bring as many guests in a year as they want, limit 3 guest per unit per day (call in advance if you need an exception). However, an individual guest can only come for free with a member 3 times in one year. Rates for guests are $10/day or $20/week for an adult and $5/day or $10/week for a child. Each guest will have to show their government issued photo ID and sign a guest waiver at the start of their visit.

Do you have lockers? Yes there are lockers available for member use. Day use lockers are provided for anyone that would like to bring a key lock to secure their belongings for the short period of time they will be utilizing the facility. We also have the option to rent a locker on a monthly basis. Please see your member service representative for more information on renting a locker.
Where do I park? We have conveniently located parking lot directly in front of our facility.
Will someone assist me with my workout? Yes. Our fitness staff and certified personal trainers are available to conduct fitness assessments, setup individualized routines and establish ongoing personal training sessions. Some fitness programs are offered for free while others have a fee. Ask your fitness specialist for details.
Do you provide towels? No, we do not provide towels for members at this location. If you forget a shower towel they are available for purchase at Member Services for $4.
Can I bring my child into the locker room with me? Our men's and women's adult locker rooms are for adults 18 years and older. Men's and women's family locker rooms are also available for the convenience of our members. Children six and older should use their age-appropriate family locker room and all adults in the family locker rooms must be accompanied by a child.
At what age can my child be in the YMCA? We are happy to offer free Drop-In Child Care for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age who are on your membership. See the complete hours on our Drop-In Childcare page >>
Children 10 years of age and older are welcome in the YMCA without their parent/guardian; however, we have some requirements for youths wishing to use the fitness center. Learn about our age policy >> There are group exercise classes specifically designated as youth appropriate on the group exercise schedule. Children ages 13 and older may attend classes without an adult. Children ages 10-12 may attend with a parent. Download our schedule and find a class >> A 10-12 year old may use the pool without a parent or guardian if they pass the swim test. Once a child reaches the age of 13, they are allowed to use the pool without a parent or guardian even if they have not passed the swim test. Children 9 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Are there any programs included with my membership? Members have unlimited access to a wide variety of group exercise classes for free and receive special prices and first priority on registration for fee-based programs like personal training, sport leagues, afterschool, day camp, resident camp and swim lessons.
Do I receive a discount for program with my membership? Yes, as a benefit to your membership you receive a discounted member price on all programs. Rates may very by program
How do I sign up for programs? Please visit Member Services and a member services representative will be able to help you sign up for the program you are interested in. We do offer income adjusted rates for programs based on annual household income. If you are interested, please remember to bring with you your tax return(s) (for the entire household) when you register.
Do you offer a temporary membership? We do offer Guest Passes for anyone that would like to try out the facility. Rates for guest are $10/day or $20/week for an adult and $5/day or $10/week for a child.
How do I update my contact information? Please visit Member Services and a member services representative will be able to help you update/change your contact information.
How do I make changes to my membership? Please visit your local YMCA branch and a member services representative will be able to help you make the necessary changes to your membership. Beginning August 1st, 2011 any changes to your membership (including adding or removing people from your household) will result in a conversion to the My Y Pricing structure. Please note that membership changes require 15 day notice prior to the next draft date to become effective.
How do I cancel my membership? Please visit Member Servicesand a member services representative will be able to help you fill out the necessary paperwork needed to cancel your membership. We require a 15 day notice in order to cancel your membership.
