Download the registration form. Bring your completed form to the YMCA. A member service representative will assist with completing your child's camp registration.

Please be prepared with the following:
  • Completed 2012 registration form for each child
  • Child's updated immunization record (required for ALL 2012 campers even if your child is currently enrolled in a YMCA program)
  • Either payment in full or a $20 deposit for each session per child registered (deposits are applied to the camp balance and are non-refundable)
