Camp Staff
What's the key ingredient to a great camp? Great staff! We start by hiring counselors with excellent character, strong values, enthusiasm and experience working with kids. Before camp starts, we add to their skills with more than 30 hours of instruction in training such as child development and conflict resolution.
All camp staff will be trained in:
CPR
Child abuse prevention
Working with children
First aid
