YOUTH FITNESS

YOUTH CENTER HOURS | Ages 6 - 13
We follow Union County and Mecklenburg County school schedule. 

REGULAR SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday | 3:50 PM - 8:00 PM
Saturday | 7:50 AM - 1:00 PM

SUMMER, HOLIDAYS AND TEACHER WORKDAYS
Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM

BOOT CAMP | Ages 6 - 12
Boot Camp is a high energy fun-filled exercise class for youth. This class strives to increase overall health and fitness level of children in a fun, safe, positive and motivating environment by utilizing obstacle course, fitness games, and partner active games. This class is so much fun it doesn’t feel like a workout, but your children will feel it later.

ENDURANCE TRAINING | Ages 6 - 12
A non-competitive class for experienced runners that helps with setting goals and making personal bests, while covering running form, and endurance building. Class also includes fun running games to help support running skills and techniques. 

FLEXIBLE STRENGTH TRAINING | Ages 6 - 12
Flexible Strength Training will relax and revive tight muscles by giving your range of motion a boost. Static stretching limbers up stiff, sore muscles while adding basic core building moves to build muscular balance and stability. 

GROUNDED YOGA | Ages 5 - 13
Discovering the best in each child through Yoga. GROUNDED teaches kids to funnel their negative habitual pattern surges down thru the nervous system and into the earth, as well as to transform these surges into the higher energies of creativity, courage, compassion, strength, and connection. YOGA teaches kids and teens how to manage their body alignment actions, and observe reactions and tendencies without judgement. LAUGHTER fuels our classes and reveals the silliness of kids’ innate joyful nature that is often hidden within their hearts. 

Thursday | 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM and 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM

Members: $9 per class | Program Participants: $15 per class

KIDS ULTIMATE CONDITIONING | Ages 6 - 12
Kids Ultimate Conditioning is so much fun it doesn’t feel like a workout – but your kids will feel it later.  Tag games, walk/run/jump activities, obstacle courses, fitness circuits and more will provide the same benefits as structured exercises without the boredom. 

PUMP IT UP | Ages 6 - 12
This class is designed for children that love fitness. Class will include high-energy cardio conditioning, toning and body weight strength exercises, as well as exercises with a variety of equipment.  In this class, your children will learn how to pump up their energy!

SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING | Ages 12 - 17
Join our certified personal trainers in the Functional Training Room for athletic conditioning workouts to improve both strength and stamina. Perfect for both in and off-season training!

Tuesday & Thursday | 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Members: $45 per month | Program Participants: $60 per month
