PILATES REFORMER

Improve muscular and postural strength.

Developed by legendary physical trainer Joseph Pilates, the method is a full body exercise system that emphasizes body alignment and correct breathing. The primary mechanism used in Pilates is the reformer, a bed-like platform with a carriage that slides along tracks. Exercises build deep core muscles to flatten the abdominals and correct imbalances that typically lead to back pain.  

Each session meets for 50 minutes.  Held one-on-one with your trainer or choose to train simultaneously with another participant.
