CrossFit
CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a training program structured around ten components of fitness: strength, stamina, endurance, accuracy, power, agility, balance, speed, coordination and flexibility applied to challenging Workouts of the Day (WODs).

All WODs can be modified and are appropriate for all fitness levels. CrossFit is distinctive in its focus on maximizing neuroendocrine response, developing power and cross-training with multiple training modalities as well as constant training and practice with functional movements.

SESSIONS
For ages 18+
60 minutes | Limited to 10 participants

YMCA MEMBER CROSSFIT PRICING
Single Class: $18
Unlimited: $90 per month
Family Member Month Unlimited (2 people): $150
10 Session Flex Plan: $120 (90 day expiration date)

CROSSFIT 101
Whether you're a beginner or a top athlete, this prerequisite class teaches you that CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program, but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence. Monthly Classes offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays | 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Member: $125

PRIVATE COACHING
Do you have a skill, a lift or a movement that you would like to work on more? Try a 1-on-1, 2-on-1 or 3-on-1 private session with your coach. The one-hour session will be programmed specifically for your goals with lots of personal attention, practice drills and a workout designed specifically for your goal.

INDIVIDUAL PRICING
