PILATES REFORMER

Improve muscular and postural strength.

A full body exercise system designed to improve posture, balance, and flexibility.  Exercises build deep core muscles to flatten the abdominals and correct imbalances that typically lead to back pain.  

PILATES REFORMER GROUP CLASSES
Enjoy all the benefits and fun of working out on the Reformer in a group setting! All group Reformer participants must complete a one-time 101 session prior to signing up for the group classes.

GROUP REFORMER FREE TRIAL
  • Open House, last Wednesday of each month
  • Email sarastraining@ymcacharlotte.org to reserve your spot.
  • Space is limited.  Reservation will be confirmed via email.

PILATES REFORMER PERSONAL TRAINING
Enjoy a tailored workout, one on one or in a small gruop with one of our certified and experienced Pilates trainers. Additional equipment such as Ladder Barrel, MVE Chair, and Tower may be incorporated.
