BOOTCAMP
A total body conditioning program designed to build strength and endurance in a group setting through a variety of different workouts!

CIRCUIT TRAINING
A quick 30-minute high intensity exercise routine where you make rounds to each station to improve cardiovascular endurance as well as muscle tone!

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
A combination of compound movements, gymnastics and timed events to create a fast pace fun environment that improves strength, balance and core!

H.I.I.T. | $12
A fast paced, high energy group class improving overall cardiovascular fitness as well as pushing your body to your own personal threshold! For ages 16+
