Improve muscular and postural strength.


PADDLE BOARD YOGA
For ages 16+.
Take your yoga practice onto a stand-up paddle board. Adding the element of water simply increases the amount of core stability you need to achieve every pose.

YOGA WORKSHOPS
For ages 14+. Take your yoga practice to the next level or explore how yoga can empower you in your journey towards positive mental and body health with one of our yoga workshops that are offered throughout the year.

PILATES REFORMER
For ages 12+.
A full body exercise system designed to improve posture, balance, and flexibility.  Exercises build deep core muscles to flatten the abdominals and correct imbalances that typically lead to back pain.
