YOUTH FITNESS

 
YOUTH ORIENTATION
10 - 15 years    
A two session fitness program which includes a family health consult and fitness orientation. We teach basic cardiovascular and strength guidelines for safe and effective workouts in our fitness center. We also offer additional instructions on using free weights for youth (14 - 15 years). Upon completion, youth receive a wrist band and may workout in the fitness center plus participate in Group Exercise classes.
