Couch to 5K

Train for the upcoming Run! Ballantyne 10K/5K Race & 1-Mile Fun Run on May 19 with this 8-week Interval Running Program. The Couch to 5K is a beginner's running schedule that has helped thousands of new runners get off the couch and onto the roads, running 3 miles in just 2 months!
