Community Thanksgiving Dinner

FEEDING THE NEEDS
OF OUR NEIGHBORS

University City Thanksgiving Dinner
Every November

Sponsored by Food Lion & TIAA Cref

Every year, the University City YMCA hosts its annual Thanksgiving Dinner the Thursday prior to Thanksgiving Day in order to provide a hot meal and fellowship to neighbors who may not have families, homes or food of their own. Families and individuals from low income neighborhoods, nursing homes and homeless shelters are invited to join us for food, fellowship and food at the Y.

It doesn't stop there! During the weeks leading up to the event, we gather food from the community for our annual food drive. This food is given to the Thanksgiving Dinner guests as they leave.

You Can Still Help
This event is only possible with the help of financial sponsors, food donations and amazing volunteers from the community and local businesses. We need your help!
