These positions prepare teens to become staff members at camp as well as productive members of their home community.
For rising High School Juniors
Our four week Counselor In Training (CIT) program is geared toward learning the leadership and supervisory skills it takes to be a future part of the Camp Harrison Counselor Staff. Through interaction in our cabins, leading devotions, team building projects, and teaching activities, Camp Harrison CITs get hands-on experience on what it means to be a leader at camp.
To ensure a quality experience for all campers, the program has limited spots and is intended for individuals who want to be a role model and make camp the best it can be. We want Camp Harrison Counselors in Training to be passionate, respectful and caring. If interested, campers must send a letter of Interest to Laura Cornett (firstname.lastname@example.org) by January 31st, 2017. Once a letter is received, an application packet will be sent.
