DISCOUNTS
YMCA of Greater Charlotte members receive a price adjustment of $100 off per week at registration check out.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
At the time of registration:
  • $50 per week registration fee
  • $150 deposit, toward total above
  • Full remaining balance or set up payment plan
Take advantage of our payment plan which is divided into five payments. 20% of balance is due on each payment date. During the registration process, you will authorize a credit card on file to pay the camp balance by the due date.

If you register after the start of the payment plan, you pay the $50 registration fee and $150 deposit; plus all 20% payments due before your registration date.
 
Examples:
  • Register on February 2 = $50 registration fee + $150 deposit + February 1 20% payment.
  • Register on March 2 = $50 registration fee + $150 deposit + February 1 20% payment + March 1 20% payment. 
EXTRAS
We offer add-ons to give your camper more in-depth training on traditional camp activities. Add-ons include: Horseback Riding, Sporting Clay, Wakesports, Tubing, and Change Over. More details >>
 
When you choose add-ons during registration, it is a different product purchase and charges as an individual item for each session.
 
SPENDING MONEY
We provide a Canteen with snacks and drinks each afternoon at no additional charge. Our camp store, The Cornerstone, is open on Opening and Closing days of camp. Purchase Camp Bucks on opening day for your camper to spend during meal time. Camp Bucks are non-refundable. Do not send money with your camper.
 
FINANCIAL AID
All kids deserve the chance to experience overnight camp. YMCA Camp Harrison works diligently to raise annual donations for families in need, especially those who would not be able to participate otherwise. For more details on financial aid >>
