We offer a variety of recreation activities to registered guests at no additional charge. YMCA Camp Thunderbird staff does not facilitate these activities. No advance scheduling required. Subject to availability.

Want to add adventure to your conference or retreat? Our YMCA Camp Thunderbird staff facilitates adventure activities for an additional fee. Advance scheduling required. Subject to season and staff availability.

Teambuilding
                                          
LEVEL 1
Initiatives: $100 per hour                                 
A facilitated teambuilding program that uses low-prop activities to present challenges and objectives that require group participation to complete.                                    
                                          
LEVEL 2
Initiatives plus Low Elements: $200 per group
One group = 8-12 participants                                
A facilitated teambuilding program that intensifies the application of experiential initiatives by focusing on the small-group dynamic.  A Level 2 program lasts up to 2.5 hours and extends to fixed-prop initiatives that demand trust, communication, cooperation and creativity.                                       
                                          
LEVEL 3
Level 2 plus Capstone Activity: $300 per group
One group = 8-12 participants                               
A Level 3 teambuilding program lasts up to 3.5 hours and builds on the experience of Initiatives and Low Elements by adding a finishing activity off the ground. Choose to challenge your group with a capstone activity of Zip Line, Alpine Tower, Giant Swing or Trapeze Jump.                                      
                                          
LEVEL 4
High Ropes Challenges: Prices vary                             
Our high ropes challenge involves as many as three different individual high activities. Each activity is billed per hour and breaks down as follows:
