By learning to become a stronger leader or camp counselor at a YMCA Leadership Development camp, your teen will develop skills that apply to camp, sports, school and life!  They will learn the importance of service through hands-on-training, while experiencing all the fun of camp and building strong, lasting friendships.


Leaders-in-Training (LIT)
The LIT program is for a young person who is ready to take the next giant step in leadership.  YMCA Leaders-in-Training program will accelerate your teen's leadership abilities and give them opportunities to volunteer in Uptown.
