Runditioning with Cristen Training for a marathon or triathlon...then this class is for you! Increase your cardiovascular endurance with running drills, flexibility, core and strength training. Runditioning guarantees and improvement in your time and distance. Meet in the YMCA lobby every Monday and Wednesday at 12:00 PM.
