The Childress Klein YMCA offers an awesome variety of group exercise classes each month that can help you achieve a higher overall fitness level and a healthier lifestyle. Exercising in groups greatly increases your chance of staying with a program longer. Plus it's more fun! |

Boot Camp w/ Sgt. Roy September 13 - 17, 5:45 AM - 7:00 AM Sgt. Roy's Boot Camps are extremely popular and demanding! If you want no-nonsense, Military-style training to supplement or jump-start your workouts, this class if for you! Sgt. Roy Boot Camp takes place outdoors - rain or shine. Participants must have a fitness base and be able to jog/run 2-3 miles.
YMCA Members - $30 / YMCA Program Members - $50
