We will assist and support you by looking at your diet using weekly food diaries and making suggestions for healthier alternatives.

Nutrition 101
A nutrition education and weight management program, designed to give basic education to individuals that are interested in maintaining their ideal body weight and for those individuals that would like information to assist them in losing less than twenty pounds.
Individuals will be able to:
