Y Quick Fit

What is Y Quick Fit?

  • A 30-minute circuit class, with cardiovascular and strength components, in which you will receive prompts and guidance from a trained instructor.

What is involved?

  • 5 minutes warm up of cardio exercise
  • Circuit of 8 strength stations
  • 10 minutes of high intensity cardio exercise
  • Circuit of 8 strength stations
  • Cool Down

How do I prepare?

  • An orientation is required before taking Y Quick Fit for the first time
  • Call (704) 716-6400 for an appointment
  • Schedules & sign up for classes are available at the designated table on the fitness floor
  • Sign up prior to each class is required

Monday & Friday

  • 12:05 PM – 12:35 PM
  • 5:15 PM – 5:45 PM
