Dance

Dance is the universal language of movement. Experience cardiovascular and body-shaping benefits of a dynamic workout that tones muscles, develops core strength and increases balance. No experience required - group exercise dance classes are designed for all fitness levels whether or not you are a new or an experienced dancer!

Tips + Preparation

New to class? Arrive a little early so our instructor can give you some pointers.

  • Focus on fun! Don’t worry about perfection – we’ve all been there!
  • Don’t give up. It usually takes a few classes before you start to feel comfortable and more at ease.

Equipment & Attire

  • Loose-fitting, comfortable clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.
  • Proper athletic shoes, comfortable fit.
  • Water, towel.
