Yoga & Flexibility

Ideal for those wishing to improve flexibility, balance, and tone while strengthening core muscle groups. This is a no-impact workout that includes stretching and core muscle training.

Tips + Preparation

New to class? Arrive a little early so our instructor can give you some pointers.

  • Unhurry yourself. Arrive a few minutes before class starts. You’ll feel more relaxed.

Equipment & Attire

  • Yoga Mat.
  • Classes are performed shoeless, but socks may be worn.
  • Form-fitting, flexible exercise clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.
  • Blanket or warmer layer of clothing for relaxation portion (optional).
  • Water, towel.
