All players must be a NCRA/USRA members. Membership is available at the tournament.

| Rules |
USRA rules apply Single elimination tournament (no consolation play) USRA approved eye guards are mandatory The NCRA Mixed Doubles Gentlemen's Rule is in effect at this tournament

| Starting Times |
Starting times will be available Thursday, September 16 after 12:00 PM. Match play will begin Friday, September 17, at 6:00 PM. Players must check in at tournament desk 30 minutes prior to match time. Participants will forfeit his/her match if more than 10 minutes later for scheduled time. |
| Classification and Cancelation |
Tournament director may deny, redraw or reclassify any entrant in the interest of fair competition. Any event with fewer than 8 entrants may be combined or reclassified. Open or Elite must have a minimum or eight (8) entrants or prorated awards will apply. |
| Hospitality |
All meals will be provided for players during the tournament. Meal tickets for guests of players will be $15 per person and must be paid in advance. Beverages and fruit will be available to players only. Towels will be provided, but please bring your own master key lock to lock up your valuables. |
