Nutrition Services

Our wellness staff team is dedicated to helping you achieve a healthier lifestyle!

Nutrition Consultations
Are you always "on the go" and find yourself snacking from the vending machine?    Do you struggle with finding the time and energy to prepare a healthy meal?

Let us teach you how to make healthy choices when it comes to meal preparation and snacking.   Learn how to use the Food Guide Pyramid, what serving size really is and how to make the right choice while eating out.  We will assist and support you by looking at your diet using weekly food diaries and making suggestions for healthier alternatives.

Nutrition consultations are available by appointment, free of charge for YMCA members.
