Y-Runners

Looking for a running buddy? Training for a 5K or half-marathon?

Whatever your goal, Y-Runners is for you!  All fitness levels welcome so, join us and run at your own pace. Come on out and run a few miles with us!

Training for a marathon or triathlon...then this class is for you!  Increase your cardiovascular endurance with the Y-Runners!  Join Jim and Dea under the TV's upstairs in the YMCA every Thursday night for a 10-15 minute stretch session followed by running drills and core and strength training.  Runditioning guarantees and improvement in your time and distance.
