2008 Water Fitness

Prime Timers Plus
A medium to fast-paced series of exercise in chest deep water. For Active Older Adults who have had previous water experience and desire a little more intensity. Improve balance and endurance and increase overall strength.

Muscles & Joints (Arthritis Foundation)
Gentle, slow moving exercises, performed in shallow water, improve muscle tone and flexibility which may ease problems associated with arthritis. Entering and exiting the pool is no problem thanks to our zero depth entry pool.

Shallow Power
A mild cardiovascular workout using the properties of water held in a shallow depth. Combines light aerobic workout with muscle strengthening and flexibility. For all fitness levels.

HOPE2O
Helping overweight people embrace in the WATER! This class is an extension of our H.O.P.E. Program. Join us for Deep and Shallow water workout exercises in our Warm Pool. Water Fitness Flotation Belt is necessary.

Deep Water Exercise
Aerobic exercise performed in the deep water. This no-impact class is excellent for toning and firming. Includes warm-up, stretching, aerobics and cool down. You must be comfortable in deep water, flotation devices available for your convenience.

Coached Swim Workout
45 minutes of instructional workout, warm-ups, sets and cool down. Uses a variety of kickboards, pull buoys and hand paddles. Great for the triathlete or for those that want a non-competitive swimming program.
