The Helping Overweight People Embrace Program is a weekly one-hour therapeutic support group led by credentialed counselors who help participants explore and gain insight about emotional eating. Throughout this program, participants learn new strategies to help break related behaviors.

H.O.P.E. is designed for people who struggle with their body weight. We recognize the importance of the spiritual, mental and physical components when seeking lifestyle change, but our primary focus is on the emotional component. The group provides support as participants discover and practice strategies that can break unhealthy eating, with the goal of developing and maintaining lasting lifestyle changes. Check out our blog!
